Shipping Update :

 We are still shipping orders frequently during COVID-19. All necessary safety precautions are being taken when creating and handling items and orders. 


Shipping Policy : 

+Please allow 7-11 business days for your order to be shipped. 

+You will receive all shipping information and tracking number through the email you provide.

+Majestical Market is not responsible once item is no longer with us and is shipped out. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 


*All items are created and customized once orders are placed, which accounts for timeframe mentioned.

** Insurance is suggested when picking shipping method.



Return/Exchange Policy :

+Due to COVID-19 and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, every case is handled on an individual basis. Please DM or email for possible exceptions. 

+All items are custom made and returns are not accepted unless product arrives damaged. Please DM or email pictures of item and what happened. Case will be reviewed and you will be notified of decision. 

+Majestical Market is not responsible for items that may have tarnished due to expose from water or liquids. Please read over our “Jewelry Care Tips” to learn how to keep your jewelry in good condition. 

+If products are damaged , they won’t be open for 14 days. Please allow 30 days for processing and possible refund.
